What is the minimum order quantity for die-cut adhesive tape products?+
For die-cut conversion orders the MOQ is 1,000 pieces, and for standard adhesive tape rolls it is 100 rolls. We can discuss lower trial quantities for new buyers in Europe or Southeast Asia who need to validate material fit before committing to volume.
How long is the production lead time and what shipping options do you offer?+
Standard tape rolls ship in 7 to 10 days after deposit confirmation. Custom die-cut parts requiring new tooling take 15 to 20 days. If you need faster delivery to North America or the Middle East we can arrange air freight at cost, and sea freight typically adds 25 to 35 days depending on destination port.
What payment terms do you accept for export orders?+
We accept 30 percent deposit by T/T with the 70 percent balance paid against the bill of lading copy. For repeat customers in Latin America and the Middle East we also support L/C at sight. PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders under 500 USD.
Can you customize tape dimensions, adhesive type, and die-cut shapes, and do you offer samples?+
Yes, we provide free die-cut samples from existing tooling, you only cover the courier cost. For new custom shapes we charge a tooling fee of 80 to 250 USD depending on complexity, and that fee is refunded once your production order reaches 50,000 pieces. Samples reach Europe and North America in 5 to 7 working days via DHL or FedEx.
What certifications and compliance documents are available for your adhesive tapes?+
Our tapes and die-cut parts are produced under ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified processes. We supply RoHS and REACH compliant materials for European buyers, UL 94 V-0 rated flame-retardant tapes for North American electronics customers, and halogen-free options for Southeast Asia electronics manufacturing. Full compliance documents and test reports are provided with each shipment.
